My Journey
I come from a background of experience and understanding as someone who has dealt with disordered eating, a poor relationship with food and being overweight.
I started training as a 14-year-old girl who knew nothing about training and went into a gym every afternoon surrounded by men and felt completely out of place.
Through years and years of educating myself, trial and error, as well as investing in several coaches for myself - I have made it my mission to educate women and empower them on their health and fitness journeys.
After losing 30kg and building all the muscle I have now, going through a competition prep for WBFF and standing on stage - I have been through every high and low that my clients have been on. I understand the strength and determination it takes to tick these goals off.
My Mission
My goal is not only to help women lose weight or gain muscle but to improve their health LONG TERM, improve their education on training and nutrition, as well as to evolve their mindset about what we are all capable of as individuals.
